Returns
Returns are accepted only when the courier is outside your location. Once the courier leaves, we won't be able to accept returns or issue refunds.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
To request an exchange, please complete our Returns and Exchanges form.
Please note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not typically accept returns, exceptions are made in the case of damaged or defective items received due to an issue from our end.
To be eligible, return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, the item must be returned to us. After our team receives and inspects the item, and the return is approved, a refund will be issued. Please note that this process may take up to 14 days.
